We have a network of suppliers including architects, builders, decorators, plumbers, electricians, cleaners, designers, stagers, and furniture rentals. We can work with projects of any size from minor decorating and repairs, through to complete refurbishment.

FIXTURES & FITTINGS

Which fixtures and fittings will you be taking with you? I work with you to establish which significant items will remain with the property so we can maximise the value of them within our marketing and the sale.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIRTUAL TOURS & FLOORPLANS

Our professional photographers take high quality photographs and footage and prepare virtual tours and floorplans. An EPC can also be completed at this time if you do not already have a current one.
